For the past 3 decades, he has been fully committed to Italian cuisine and its typical regional specialties with great success. Marc’s previous restaurant ‘Da Mauro’ was mainly focused on Italian cuisine, at Nodi this is combined in its unique way with his love for the Californian kitchen.

Inverno
Summer is almost over again and we are gearing up for a colourful autumn and atmospheric winter. Our menu will be adapted to the season.
From 1 October next, our opening hours will change from summer season to winter season.
We will then welcome you on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday.
We will be closed on Sunday and Wednesday.

our style
The West Coast of the United States is a melting pot of cultures and nationalities from around the world. The European and also Asian, Mexican, and other South American food cultures influence and define the style of Californian dishes. Simple dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients that speak for themselves. Add to that the Italian specialties of chef Marc Knoops and let him surprise you with his twist on honest and creative food.
We update our menu regularly and we also take into account the diversity of our guests so everyone can enjoy our dishes! So if you live on the vegan side of life, you’re at the right adress! Just let us know before you visit and our chef will gladly adjust the dishes to your preferences!

Nodi is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Wednesday and Sunday. Our kitchen opens at 17:00 and closes for orders at 21:00 hours.
